Demetrius Ware
CEO

Demetrius Ware is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of V.E.W. Health, bringing more than 22 years of experience across finance, economics, business development, and emerging & middle-market growth strategy. His career has centered on understanding how businesses, markets, and economic systems develop—particularly within sectors where access to financial resources, infrastructure, and strategic execution can determine whether an organization remains constrained or achieves sustainable growth.

Prior to founding V.E.W. Health, Demetrius held senior positions within nationally recognized financial institutions, including serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop and Vice President at U.S. Bank. Throughout his career, Demetrius has worked extensively with emerging and middle-market companies, developing expertise in structured finance, economic analysis, market strategy, economic development, and the financial and operational infrastructure required to support organizational growth.

His experience with Walker & Dunlop and US Bank included strategic planning with emerging & middle market enterprises and large-scale development initiatives, including orchestrating the development banking for an internationally branded mixed-use development with an estimated build value of approximately $1.5 billion. That work required the coordination of sophisticated financial relationships, development strategy, institutional stakeholders, and long-term economic considerations—experience that would later influence his approach to building and scaling healthcare enterprises.

Demetrius's work has increasingly focused on the intersection of finance, economics, healthcare, and infrastructure. As Treasurer and a member of the executive financial leadership of a local non profit federally supported healthcare organization, he has participated in the financial and strategic governance of a significant organizational turnaround—from operating in a deficit environment to expanding beyond its Southern Nevada footprint into statewide and regional expansion becoming the fastest growing federally supported healthcare company within the state. The experience further reinforced his belief that strong financial discipline, market strategy, and thoughtful infrastructure development can materially change healthcare access and organizational sustainability.

His private-sector work with emerging and middle-market enterprises ultimately extended into public service. Through a legislative appointment to the Nevada Commission on Minority Affairs, Demetrius has applied his experience in finance, economic development, & healthcare to identifying structural economic gaps and advancing solutions designed to strengthen underserved communities and emerging markets.

Across these roles, Demetrius has developed a leadership approach grounded in strategic foresight, systems-level pattern recognition, commercial acumen, economic analysis, and market strategy. His ability to identify connections across markets, organizations, reimbursement systems, workforce needs, economic conditions, and community infrastructure has become central to his work in healthcare.

That perspective led to the creation of V.E.W. Health.

Rather than approaching healthcare solely through the lens of traditional clinical operations, Demetrius has focused on the underlying economics and infrastructure of care—how healthcare organizations grow, how providers are supported, how services are distributed across markets, and how value can remain closer to the organizations, professionals, employees, and communities responsible for delivering care.

Under his leadership, V.E.W. Health is being developed as an emerging outpatient health system built around integrated medical services, specialty care, healthcare infrastructure, and market-responsive growth. The company's development reflects Demetrius's broader belief that meaningful healthcare innovation does not always require creating something entirely new; in many cases, it requires seeing

existing systems differently, identifying where value and access are being lost, and building a more effective structure around them.

Demetrius earned a degree in Business Administration with an concentration in Finance and macroeconomics from Virginia College. His career continues to sit at the intersection of finance, economics, business development, and public-private sector strategy—bringing disciplines traditionally associated with middle-market enterprise growth into the development of a different kind of healthcare organization.
