Demetrius Ware is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of V.E.W. Health, where he leads the strategic direction, operational architecture, and multi-sector expansion of a rapidly growing healthcare enterprise. Under his leadership, V.E.W. Health is being built as an integrated system that connects clinical services, pharmaceutical operations, specialty care, workforce infrastructure, and public–private initiatives into a scalable platform capable of supporting both community needs and statewide health priorities.

Demetrius’ background spans across emerging & middle market platforms including healthcare operations, pharmaceutical strategy, corporate development, and middle-market organizational structuring. He has leveraged this experience to design a diversified ecosystem that includes medical practice operations, specialty and compounding pharmacies, healthcare real estate development, mixed-income workforce housing, and multi-entity frameworks engineered for scalability. His work reflects a systems-level approach focused on creating sustainable, high-impact solutions addressing provider shortages, care fragmentation, and infrastructure gaps.

Dr. Emeka Iroha serves as Chief Medical Director and Co-Founder of V.E.W. Health, where he provides strategic clinical leadership, medical oversight, and operational guidance across the organization’s expanding healthcare platform. With advanced scientific training and comprehensive medical experience, Dr. Iroha oversees the development, integration, and governance of all clinical service lines within the company.

Dr. Iroha brings a uniquely rigorous academic foundation to V.E.W. Health. Prior to earning his Doctor of Medicine (MD), he completed a Master of Science in Molecular Biology, giving him a deep understanding of cellular mechanisms, biomedical processes, and the molecular underpinnings of complex diseases. This background plays a central role in shaping V.E.W. Health’s evidence-driven approach to diagnostics, internal medicine, regenerative therapies, and advanced patient-care strategies.

As a practicing internal medicine physician, Dr. Iroha has extensive experience managing chronic conditions, coordinating multi-specialty care, and delivering high-acuity treatment plans to diverse adult populations. His clinical leadership ensures that V.E.W. Health maintains the highest standards of medical quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across all operating units.

In his role as Chief Medical Director, Dr. Iroha oversees physician integration, quality assurance, clinical protocol development, and the expansion of new service lines.
He is responsible for aligning clinical operations with organizational growth objectives, ensuring uniform standards across all current and future V.E.W. Health facilities and programs.

Jeff Whitehead serves as Chief Legal Officer and Partner for V.E.W. Health, where he directs the organization’s legal, compliance, and governance functions. With more than three decades of healthcare regulatory and corporate experience, Jeff oversees the legal infrastructure that supports V.E.W.
Health’s strategic growth, clinical operations, and emerging service lines.
Jeff’s background includes advising hospitals, physician groups, DME providers, and integrated health organizations on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse laws, Stark Law, MSO and organizational structuring, payer and provider contracting, and the development of new clinical and ancillary programs.
His expertise ensures that V.E.W. Health operates within a comprehensive regulatory framework while pursuing expansion initiatives across ambulatory care, specialty services, pharmaceutical operations, and broader statewide partnerships.

Jeff earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and is admitted to practice in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New York, and multiple federal courts.
